Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following tos...i. GENERAL TERMS-I reserve the right to refuse a commission.-Commissions listed above are for personal uses.-Please don't rush me! Depending on my school workload I may be too busy to start right away, despite this it will be completed in a timely manner
-If the art is needed before a specific deadline, we can discuss further in DMs--Nothing made by me may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, AI referencing, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.ii. PROHIBITED THEMES-Themes of fetishes, mecha, harassment, politics, etc. will be denied.-Original characters and fanart are accepted.Please ask for clarification if you are confused by these subjects.iii. PAYMENT & REFUNDS-Commissions must be paid upfront.-I accept USD through paypal and venmo, we can discuss otherwise through DMs.-It is 5 USD for an extra character and/or an additional 5 USD for a complex background-Refunds can only be requested if the piece has not been completed past it's sketch. I will be actively sharing progress pictures so please let me know at any point before the linework if you would like a refund-If you would like a refund, please contact through DMs only.iv. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION-Alterations can be made to the piece after it is finished however this only goes for coloring mistakes, not the pose or linework unless there is a clear obvious mistake (stray line, incorrect anatomy, disproportionate, anything along those lines).-Heavy alterations to the piece such as clothing, background, or anything that requires redrawing the piece can result in a small additional feev. COPYRIGHTAs the artist, it should be acknowledged that...-I may use the completed work to promote myself (such as commission examples.)-I may post the completed work on my social media pages.As the commissioner, you are allowed to...-Use the completed work for personal use.-Use the art to promote yourself with credit properly given to the artist.-Use the artwork in your social media and/or channels.It is considered a violation if the commissioner...-Reproduces/uses the artwork commercially (makes money off of it)-Takes credit for the artwork's creation-Makes any alterations without consent
